We do not sell your data. We do not use client data to train public AI models.
For production client systems, we typically design workflows so model usage, retention, permissions, and data boundaries are handled through the client-approved architecture and vendor accounts whenever appropriate.
We may use providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or other model/infrastructure providers depending on the engagement. Provider terms and retention practices may vary.
4. Calendly and scheduling
When you book a call, scheduling information may be processed by Calendly. This may include your name, email address, selected time, meeting details, and related calendar metadata.
Calendly's handling of your information is governed by Calendly's own privacy practices.
5. Client data and production engagements
Client engagements may involve access to business systems, files, workflows, transcripts, documents, or operational data.
For client work, we use this information only to deliver the agreed services, including discovery, workflow design, implementation, support, documentation, and system improvement.
We do not pool client data across engagements. We do not use one client's confidential data to train or improve another client's system.

- We do not use client documents for unrelated marketing or product development without permission.
- We do not make legal, financial, or insurance determinations on your behalf unless expressly agreed in writing and subject to professional review.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate our business, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support client engagements.
You may request deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@bidthis.ai. We may retain certain records where required for legal, security, accounting, contractual, or legitimate business purposes.
